Rust and Rivets

There is an old railroad bridge that has been converted to a walking bridge.  Really cool rust stuff going on.  100-400mm lens because that is all I had with me.

A mature bald eagle was our greeter this morning.

I totally missed the focus on the second & third pictures, but because I was panning, the whole picture is sort of cool.  Karron, Deb & I got up really early today!

Crystal Springs - Fall color

Crystal Springs - Double Crested Cormorant - with rotation!

This is sort of a rub your belly and tap your head at the same time.  This bird was flying by me and did this shake all of the water off himself move.  Really wild!  Nice neck rotation.

Ever seen eagle lips before?????  I had not before today.  What a treat.  Pam and I went down to Crystal Springs and this juvenille eagle was out and about.
